Treating and preventing acne

Acne is an inflammatory condition that develops on the skin, invading hair follicles and sebaceous glands. Externally, acne appears in the form of redness, deep acne, inflamed skin. Young people and girls are most susceptible to acne during puberty, when hormonal imbalances affect the oily skin. Therapeutic measures include local therapy, the use of bacteriostatic agents for treating hotbed of the condition and regulation of the endocrine glands.

Local therapy is aimed at cleansing the skin and removing comedones, which, as a rule, lead to inflammation.

Diet for acne is also especially important, nutritional advice is included in the procedure.
